Job Duties :
- Build software packages – standard licenses and custom requests
- Maintain working inventory levels of product components and books
- Process orders for fulfillment
- Process returns
- Shipping packages
- Receive and distribute shipments
- Operate CD burner, shrink-wrapper, UPS machine
- Generate serial numbers, invoices, and software download links
- Process software activation requests
- Coordination and shipping of trade show booth and event materials
- Handle status-of-shipment and tracking inquiries
- Maintain and update software licensing databases
- Update customer contact databases
- Backup for receptionist and order entry positions
Requirements:
- Strong organizational skills
- Strong attention to detail with very high level of accuracy
- Customer service experience, patience, and courtesy
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Flexible attitude, willingness to accept change, and function in small, dynamic team

Technical Support Representative
Job Duties :
- Answer customer questions via telephone or email about Palisade software
- Communicate technical solutions or concepts to non-technical customers
- Identify and report to Quality Assurance department any bugs that may come up
- Assist customers with error messages, software operational questions, and basic Excel modeling issues
- Check and respond to user questions posted on online web forum.
- Degree in statistics, computer science, or similar quantitative field.
- Experience with all aspects of Microsoft Excel.
- Experience in customer service.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to help in whatever capacity needed.
- Good organizational skills.

Job Duties :
- Test all aspects of Palisade's software products to help ensure the highest levels of quality
- Work with non-technical people to investigate and report defects
- Proofread brochures, newsletters, and other corporate communication for accuracy, spelling, etc.
- Background in testing commercial software applications
- Experience with tools for defect tracking, test automation, code coverage, and profiling
- Programming experience on the Windows platform, including VBA
