• Rates are per participant.
• Laptops are not provided. All participants should bring their own laptops.
• Attention Students or Professors: Please contact our sales department to receive a special discount for attending a regional training course. Discounts cannot be applied to registrations taken on the web site.

Cancellation Policy

• If you cancel a training course registration 15 business days or more prior to the start of the first day of the training class, no cancellation fee will be applied and a full refund is given.
• If you cancel a training course registration 14 business days or less prior to the start of the first day of the training class, a credit will be given for the price paid. The credit can be used toward a future training course or software purchase. However, the registration fee will not be refunded.
• Palisade reserves the right to cancel or reschedule training events. In the event Palisade cancels a training event, additional course dates will be offered or a full refund of the registration fee will be given.
• Palisade is not responsible for reimbursement of any travel-related expenses should it be necessary to cancel or reschedule a training.
