If you have a current maintenance plan for your software, you are entitled to a free upgrade or update to the current version of the same edition (i.e. Standard, Professional, or Industrial) of the same software license. If you are changing editions or do not have a current maintenance plan, contact Palisade for a price quote to upgrade. Students and Professors using Cengage Textbook Editions Software upgrades include new features and are designated by a tenths-digit change in version number (e.g. 5.0 to 5.1). Software upgrades may be purchased if you don’t have a current maintenance plan. Software updates include maintenance fixes but generally do not include significant new enhancements, and are designated by a hundredths-digit change in version number (e.g. 5.0 to 5.0.1). Software updates are not available for purchase if you do not have a current maintenance plan. Contact Palisade about renewing and/or catching up on maintenance in order to stay current with updates. Each license of software may be upgraded or updated only once. To get your free upgrade or update, please fill out the form below. You must provide the serial number of your software. You cannot order free upgrades or updates using the Palisade web shopping cart. Upon submitting the form, your serial number and maintenance plan will be verified. You will be e-mailed a link within two business days to download the most current upgrade or update for your software. In the cases of upgrades you may also receive a new serial number and activation ID to replace the old one.
