This one-day course is an in-depth look at the products in the DecisionTools Suite, with the exception of @RISK, which is covered in "Decision-Making and Uncertainty Analysis using @RISK and the DecisionTools Suite," and "Decision-Making and Uncertainty Analysis using @RISK." 

The morning focuses on PrecisionTree to perform decision-tree analysis, on TopRank to support the auditing of models and to conduct sensitivity analysis, and on StatTools to conduct a variety of statistical procedures.  The afternoon covers the topic of optimisation using Evolver and RISKOptimizer, and the use of NeuralTools to make predictions based on historic data. Hands-on examples are used to demonstrate features and strengthen participants' knowledge of modelling techniques.

AM (Session 1):Decision-making using PrecisionTree

• Modelling decisions under uncertainty using PrecisionTree
• Hands-on example using cumulative pay-off trees
• Sensitivity analysis
• Introduction to other aspects of PrecisionTree (use with @RISK, non-cumulative trees, other features)

AM (Session 2): Model Auditing and Statistics using TopRank and StatTools

• Using TopRank to find model inputs and perform sensitivity analysis (hands-on example)
• A selection of statistical procedures using StatTools (hands-on examples)

PM (Session 1): Optimisation using Evolver and RISKOptimizer

• The use of Evolver to perform optimisation (incl. hands-on example)
• RISKOptimizer to conduct optimisation under uncertainty (incl. hands-on example)

PM (Session 2): Predictive Modelling using NeuralTools

• Introduction to NeuralTools
• Predictive modelling using NeuralTools (hands-on example)
