Cancellation Policy

• If you cancel a seminar registration 15 business days or more prior to the start of the first day of the training class, no cancellation fee will be applied and a full refund is given.
• If you cancel a seminar registration 14 business days or less prior to the start of the first day of the training class, a credit will be given for the price paid. The credit can be used toward a future seminar or software purchase. However, the registration fee will not be refunded.
• Palisade reserves the right to cancel or reschedule seminars. In the event Palisade cancels a seminar, additional seminar dates will be offered or a full refund of the registration fee will be given.
• Palisade is not responsible for reimbursement of any travel-related expenses should it be necessary to cancel or reschedule a training.

• Se o cancelamento for formalizado 14 ou menos dias úteis antes do primeiro dia de treinamento o custo de registro no curso poderá ser utilizado para outro curso no mesmo ano ou para compra de software. No entanto, não haverá reembolso.
• Palisade se reserva o direito de cancelar ou reprogramar os cursos.
• Se for necessário cancelar ou reschedule um treinamento, Palisade não é responsável para o reembolso aos registrants para nenhumas despesas de curso.
