He is an internationally recognized expert in the field of IT value and is a popular speaker at numerous conferences. Doug is the author of “How to Measure Anything: Finding the Value of ‘Intangibles’ in Business,” and numerous articles in InformationWeek and CIO Magazine. He was formerly with Coopers & Lybrand, and has an MBA in Management Information Systems from his home state at the University of South Dakota.
