Dr. Huber Mendes graduated in Statistics  from Ence/Ibge, has a Masters of Systems Planning and Analysis from Inpe/Cnpq and a Masters of Production Engineering from Coppe/Ufrj, he obtained a Doctorate degree in Decision Support from PUC-Rio with development of Simulation and Optimization models on Financial and Project Portfolios.

Dr. Huber Mendes has been a statistics consultant since 1985. In 1995, he started working with Risk Assessment. In 2001, supported by Genesis Institute of PUC-Rio, he created his own company, Decision Support, specialized in Risk Management and in training for Risk Management.
