Sandi Claudell

Sandi Claudell is the CEO of MindSpring Coaching. She is a Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt. She learned her Lean from the original managers at Toyota Motors, Japan. She has practiced both Lean and Six Sigma for over 15 years. She has worked as a consultant and coach in high tech, service, manufacturing and healthcare. She has used Monte Carlo simulation in her work with clients to forecast and demonstrate cost / benefit returns on improvement projects before, during and after improvement implementations.
