Dr. Jose A. Briones is currently the Director of Operations of SpyroTek Performance Solutions, a diversified supplier of BPM software and innovation management services. Dr. Briones also holds managerial and board positions in several companies, including: Smarty-Ears LLC, a developer of iPhone Apps for Speech Therapy; Green Technologies Corp., a supplier of hypoallergenic Natural Rubber and AXL Energy LLC, a market research and engineering support company for the oil and gas segment

Dr. Briones has 20 years of commercial and technical experience in product development and industrial manufacturing, holding positions in the areas of marketing, innovation, sales, engineering and research with Fortune 300 companies. Dr. Briones’ experience also includes custom manufacturing companies and software startups. Dr. Briones has a Ph.D. in Chemical Engineering from Clemson University and is a graduate of Wharton’s Business School Management Program. Dr. Briones has been the leader in the launch and commercialization of over 35 new products and is named as inventor in 5 patents.
