Student Version Limitations

The TopRank student version distributed with textbooks published by Duxbury/Thompson Learning has additional limitations that are not present in the commercial release of the product. TopRank will only analyze models which meet the following criteria:

• The model must be contained in a single workbook (.xls) file
• All TopRank functions (varys, autovarys, etc.) must reside within the first 100 rows and 40 columns of a single Excel worksheet.
• All spreadsheet cells that reference TopRank functions must reside within the first 100 rows and 40 columns of a single Excel worksheet.
