Most likely the file MSGH32.exe in the main PrecisionTree directory is not registered properly. This can happen in you have moved the location of your PrecisionTree directory manually, instead of reinstalling PrecisionTree to the new location. PrecisionTree 1.0.4 should be able to automatically reregister the program in the new location. For earlier versions, simply browse to the main PrecisionTree directory and double click the MSGH32.exe file. It is now registered.
