BestFit ranks all the fitted distributions using one or more fit statistics. For continuous sample data, you can choose to rank fits by their chi-squared statistic, Anderson-Darling statistic, or Kolmogorov-Smirnov statistic. Each of these statistics is discussed in more detail, later in this section. For discrete sample data, only the chi-squared statistic can be used. For density and cumulative curve data, the fits are ranked by their RMS Error value.
