Palisade Corporation Moves into New Headquarters

Ithaca, New York - March 28, 2005. Palisade Corporation, the world’s leading developer of software for risk analysis, decision analysis, optimization, and statistics, has moved from its former location in Newfield, New York, to new headquarters in Ithaca. The company is now operating from a building that was completely renovated inside and out to accommodate Palisade’s growing staff and expanded operations.

Palisade began selling its first analytical software in 1984 and now has more than 100,000 customers worldwide, including many Fortune 500 corporations. The company’s top software tools are @RISK, the DecisionTools® Suite, and StatTools®, and customer training is a major feature of its business. Palisade offers comprehensive consulting services and seminars throughout the United States and world.

The new building includes a large and well-equipped training center where Palisade will conduct analytical seminars. According to Palisade President Sam McLafferty, “The move to the new building was driven by Palisade’s continued growth and our need to add more sales, support, and training personnel.” He adds, “We owe our success to our customers who keep finding new applications for our products.”

Palisade’s new headquarters are located on the shores of Cayuga Lake and near Ithaca’s key points of interest. It is just minutes from the Ithaca Tompkins Regional Airport and Cornell University.

In addition to its Ithaca headquarters, the company maintains an office in London, and it recently opened an office in Sydney, Australia to serve customers throughout the Asia-Pacific Region.
